Embedded Systems Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain firmware for microcontrollers.
  • Design hardware interfaces and low-level drivers for peripherals.
  • Implement communication protocols for system integration.
  • Optimize software for performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Document technical specifications and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in C/C++ programming and embedded software design patterns.
  • Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers (NXP, STMicroelectronics, Infineon).
  • Proficient in Eclipse-based GCC & GDB toolchains.
  • Familiarity with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) and middleware integration (USB, Ethernet, wireless).
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet).
  • Understanding of IoT security standards (Arm's Platform Security Architecture).
  • Proficient with hardware debugging tools (JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • Experience in firmware updates and bootloader development.
  • Knowledge of embedded system safety and reliability practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of EMC/EMI considerations in embedded design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Power Electronics Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-efficiency power conversion systems for non-thermal plasma using resonant converters and synchronous rectifiers.
  • Develop analog/digital circuits for power management with phase-shift modulation and active clamping.
  • Integrate power electronics with DSP and FPGA control algorithms for real-time optimization.
  • Optimize power systems for power density, thermal performance, and fault tolerance, ensuring safety compliance.
  • Conduct simulations and validation using Monte Carlo analysis and thermal modeling.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Electronics.
  • Expertise in high-power electronics design for plasma systems with dynamic modeling knowledge.
  • Proficient in SPICE, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink for circuit optimization.
  • Experience with DC-DC converters, inverters, and rectifiers using wide bandgap semiconductors like SiC/GaN.
  • Strong grasp of thermal management, EMI suppression, and grounding techniques.
  • Skilled in PCB layout for high-frequency applications, ensuring signal integrity.
  • Familiarity with IEC, UL, and IPC standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for innovative solutions.
